  • If it's about a specific card, roughly when you sent it and who it was for.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.

Got a message from us?

If you got a text or email from Kind Post.

A friend used Kind Post to mail you a card and asked us to gather your address privately. The card is from them, we're just the messenger carrying it.

  • Don't want the messages? Reply STOP to any text and we stop right away.
  • Want your address removed? Use the link in any of our messages to delete it, or send us a message and we'll take care of it.
  • Not sure it's really us? Email bekind@kindpost.cardsand we'll confirm before you share anything.
